- The Exclusivo will not be held responsible for any lost parcels or damaged mailed-out items sent through normal postages. Therefore, we highly recommend registered postages for any of our items.

- The Exclusivo has done our utmost to ensure that the measurements for products displayed on the website are best calculated to accuracy and true to its dimensions in centimetres, however, due to the fact that certain fabrics are stretchable, actual measurements of individual items may vary slightly.
